Getting started

Book a free 30-minute audit. We'll screen-share through your ad accounts, your website, and your current funnel, then send back a scoped proposal within 48 hours. No pitch deck, no 14-step discovery flow — just a screen-share, your ads, and an honest read.

We walk through your current ad accounts, landing pages, and reporting setup live, against the five stages of the GrowthKey Method. By the end of the call you'll know which stage is leaking the most value, what the highest-leverage 30-day move would be, and whether we're the right team to run it.

Read access to your ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.), your last 90 days of performance data, three to five recent sales-call recordings or transcripts, and 30 minutes to walk us through who your best customer actually is. That's enough for us to run Discover and write the first plan.

Onboarding typically takes 10 to 14 days from signed proposal to first campaign launch. The first week is access, audit, and offer design; the second week is account architecture and creative production; week three is live. Faster turnarounds are possible if the offer and creative are already in good shape.

No. Most clients overlap their previous agency with us for two to four weeks while we audit, take handoff of accounts, and stand up our reporting layer. We never recommend cutting a live program on day one — the wind-down is part of the plan.

Services & scope

Four pillars: Paid Media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Local Services Ads), Local Visibility (Google Business Profile, Local SEO, AEO / AI search, reputation), Creative (video ads, performance static, UGC, ad copy), and Foundations (website design and development, lead-gen systems, attribution). Most engagements combine two or three pillars; very few clients buy a single service in isolation.

Yes, but we'll usually flag what you're leaving on the table. Paid media without conversion-optimized landing pages caps your ROAS. SEO without a website that converts is a slow leak. We'll quote the single service if that's what you want, and tell you exactly what the compounding cost is if the rest of the stack stays broken.

We don't run day-to-day organic social calendars. We do build the creative — hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, static concepts — that performs both as paid ads and as organic posts. For full-time community management or always-on brand content, we'll refer you to partners we trust.

We build and run the lead-capture and post-conversion flows that complete a paid-media engagement — booking confirmations, no-show win-backs, review-request sequences, basic nurture. For full-scale lifecycle and retention email programs, we partner with specialists.

Both. Our Foundations pillar covers custom Next.js websites, conversion-built marketing sites, and high-velocity landing-page systems for paid traffic. The same team that runs your ads writes the page they land on — so message-match, page speed, and event tracking are built in, not bolted on.

Yes, on a selective basis. We white-label paid media management and conversion-focused website work for a small number of partner agencies. If you're an agency owner who wants to talk about a partnership, book the audit call and tell us upfront — we'll route the conversation accordingly.

Pricing & engagement

Engagements are scoped to ad spend, platform mix, creative volume, and which pillars you're running. Most ongoing retainers fall between $4,000 and $15,000 per month, with one-time project work (websites, landing-page systems, video shoots) quoted separately. The free 30-minute audit ends with a scoped proposal — no obligation, no pressure.

No. We charge flat monthly fees scoped to the work, not a percentage of your media. Percent-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for raising your budget; flat fees reward us for raising your return. We'd rather be paid for the strategy than for the line item.

Most retainers run on a six-month initial term because the GrowthKey Method needs three full Discover → Decode cycles to compound. After that, engagements move month-to-month with 30 days' notice on either side. We don't lock clients into multi-year deals — we earn the renewal each month.

We typically work with clients running at least $5,000 per month in media, and most of our roster sits between $20,000 and $250,000 monthly. Below $5K, paid media usually isn't the highest-leverage channel — we'll point you to where it is and check in when the numbers warrant it.

Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms on your card, not through us. Outside that, expect line items for: video shoots, paid creator/UGC fees, premium stock or footage licenses, third-party tools you choose to own (CRM, call tracking, A/B testing platforms), and one-time project fees for website builds. Everything is itemized in the proposal.

Rarely, and only after we've worked together long enough to model the unit economics confidently. Pure performance pricing tends to push agencies toward short-term tactics that look great for 60 days and break the channel by month six. We'd rather underwrite long-term outcomes than chase a fragile monthly bonus.

The GrowthKey Method

The GrowthKey Method is the five-stage operating system behind every engagement — Discover, Design, Deploy, Decode, Dominate. It's the framework we built and refined across $30M+ in managed ad spend to turn marketing from a series of disconnected tactics into a closed loop that compounds month over month.

Discover maps who's actually buying and why. Design builds the offer and creative against testable hypotheses. Deploy launches with structure so learning compounds. Decode reads what shipped and calls the next move. Dominate scales winners, defends position, and compounds the lead. Each stage hands off to the next on a fixed cadence — no work happens outside the loop.

First measurable lift typically lands in the first 30 to 45 days, after we've shipped Discover, Design, and the opening Deploy cycle. Compounding gains kick in around month three, once we've completed two full Decode cycles and the system has real learning to act on. The Dominate stage runs from month six onward.

A typical retainer buys you activity — tasks done, dashboards sent. The Method buys you a verdict every week and a category position over time. You'll know exactly what was tested, what was learned, and what's next, in plain English. The deliverable isn't hours; it's compounding decisions.

Technically yes, but we recommend against it. The Method works because it's a closed loop — Decode feeds Discover feeds Design. Running it as standalone pieces loses the compounding effect. Audit-only and Discover-only engagements are available if you want to stress-test the framework before committing to the full system.

Yes. The Method was built around local service businesses (HVAC, legal, dental, home services), where its strengths are most visible, but the five stages are industry-agnostic. We run the same loop for ecommerce, SaaS, and B2B clients — the application of each stage changes; the framework doesn't.

Industries & geography

We're a Miami-based marketing agency working with service businesses nationwide. Engagements run remotely on weekly Slack and monthly video reviews, so where you are doesn't change the service. On-location video production is available in Southern California.

Selectively. Most of our roster is U.S.-based, but we work with English-language clients in Canada, the UK, and Australia where the platforms, audience targeting, and compliance are close enough that the playbook ports cleanly. We don't currently take on non-English-language accounts.

Local service businesses are our deepest expertise — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, moving, dental practices, med spas, and law firms across personal injury, family, employment, and lemon law. We also run engagements in catering, event production, ecommerce DTC, and B2B SaaS.

We work best with businesses spending $5K to $250K per month in media. Below that, paid is rarely the highest-leverage move. Above $250K, we'll have an honest conversation about whether an in-house team plus a specialist partner might serve you better than a generalist agency — and we'll tell you either way.

No. We maintain category exclusivity within geographic markets for local service clients — one HVAC company per metro, one personal-injury firm per region, etc. If we already work with a direct competitor, we'll tell you on the audit call and either refer you out or wait until the territory clears.

Reporting & communication

Weekly written updates in a shared Slack channel covering what shipped, what was learned, and what's next. Monthly 45-minute video reviews walking through the numbers, the creative performance, and the Decode-stage verdicts. Quarterly strategic resets where we revisit the plan against the Method. Anything urgent gets a same-day response.

A live dashboard you can open any day of the month, plus a written monthly recap that translates the dashboard into a story — what changed, what we tested, what we learned, what's next. We deliberately avoid 40-page PDFs no one reads; the recap is one page front, decisions on the back.

Every engagement is led by a senior strategist who runs the Method end-to-end and is your day-one point of contact. They're supported by a paid media buyer, a creative lead, and an analyst — and on bigger engagements, by specialists in conversion, video, and AEO. You won't get handed off to a junior account manager after the kick-off.

Yes — always. Ad accounts are created in your name on your billing. Creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages are delivered as source files (Figma, MP4, GitHub repos) and licensed to you in perpetuity. Reporting data lives in tools you own. If we ever part ways, you keep everything we built.

After the initial six-month term, you can pause or end the engagement with 30 days' notice. We hand off accounts cleanly, document the current state of the Method, and brief any incoming agency or in-house hire. No held data, no clawed-back assets, no exit drama.

Technology & AI

AI handles the bidding, the scoring, and the iteration — Performance Max, Advantage+, audience modeling, creative variant generation, and first-pass copy. Humans handle the strategy that actually moves your ROAS — the offer, the hypothesis, the verdict, the next move. We treat AI as a force multiplier, not a substitute for judgment.

AEO — Answer Engine Optimization — is the discipline of getting your business cited inside AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. As more buyers start their research by asking an AI instead of typing into Google, being the answer the AI returns is the new top of the funnel. AEO sits inside our Local Visibility pillar.

AdFury AI is our internal platform that automates the heaviest lift inside the Decode and Deploy stages — creative variant generation, multi-platform launch, and performance triage. It's how we run the Method at speed without compounding the headcount cost. Clients don't license it directly; the lift shows up in their account.

Ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Local Services Ads. Analytics & attribution: GA4, server-side tagging, CallRail, Triple Whale. Creative: Figma, Adobe Premiere, custom AI pipelines. Web: Next.js, Vercel, GrowthBook for A/B testing. CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel.

AI will replace the parts of the work that should be automated — and already is, inside our stack. What it won't replace is the strategic call: which buyer to chase, which offer to test, which losing variant to kill, which winner to scale. The Method is built around exactly that judgment layer. The more AI compounds, the more valuable the humans who direct it become.
