Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this website collects, how Growth Key Marketing uses it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you submit through our forms, we use it to respond and deliver what you asked for, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us through this website, and a limited amount of information about how the site is used:

  • Contact and audit requests — name, email address, phone number, company name, website address, the services you are interested in, your approximate monthly ad budget, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
  • Downloads and newsletter signup — your name and/or email address.
  • How you reached us — when you submit a form, the page you submitted it from, the page you first landed on, and any campaign tags or ad-click identifiers in the link that brought you here (for example utm_source or gclid). These are kept in first-party cookies for up to 90 days so a form submission can be attributed to the campaign that produced it.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through the analytics tools described below.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used — Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can find parts of a page that confuse people. Form fields are masked in these recordings. Both tools set first-party cookies. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count page views.

We do not currently run advertising tags (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tags) on this website. If we add them, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without cookies; only the attribution of your inquiry to a campaign is lost.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, deliver the resource you requested, send the communications you signed up for, and operate and improve this website. If you become a client, information you provide is used to deliver the services described in your service agreement.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our contact form, we may text you about your inquiry — appointment reminders and follow-ups — at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who processes it for us

Service providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions, only as needed to provide their services to us: website hosting and cookieless page-view analytics (Vercel), usage analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), error monitoring, form and workflow automation that relays submissions to our CRM (Zapier), email delivery, and appointment scheduling (Calendly, if you book a call).

Email and unsubscribing

If you sign up for our newsletter or download a resource, we may email you the content you asked for and related updates. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us directly at any time to be removed.

Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from our emails and texts at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA. In the preceding 12 months we have collected only these categories of personal information, all from you directly or from your use of the site:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, company name and website, when you submit a form; online identifiers such as cookie IDs and IP address, through analytics.
  • Commercial information — the services you tell us you are interested in, your approximate ad budget, and the history of your inquiries with us.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — pages viewed and how you interacted with them, and the campaign that brought you to the site.

Making a privacy request

We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric information, protected classifications, or sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.

To exercise any right, email contact@growthkeymarketing.com or write to Growth Key LLC, 80 SW 8th St, Suite 2044, Miami, FL 33130. We will verify your identity against the information associated with your submission and respond within the timeframes the law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and a different reviewer will take a second look.

We honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control — though because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of today. California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83) also lets residents request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing; we make no such disclosures.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and subscriber information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above or as required for legal and accounting reasons, then delete it. Campaign-attribution cookies expire after 90 days. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the kind of information we handle; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be communicated where required.
